the room was clean and tidy. the beds were wonderfully comfy, AND the pillows felt supportive. sufficient tea, coffee, and sugar sachets were available in the room.

The breakfast selection seemed smaller than expected. It lacked variety. the toaster was set at TOO high a temperature. it burnt the bread every time.

Solid Stay with minor Hiccup

large room good shower buffet breakfast

I enjoyed the large room I had. A shower was available. Dinner had good quality. Breakfast was well cooked. The hotel provided a real hotel feel and included a proper front desk with people to greet guests and lifts that worked.

The hotel was noisy on Friday evening. A group laughed and shouted. Doors banged at 2.30am. Someone above me sounded like they moved house at 5.00am. This continued until about 6am. I could not sleep properly.

Dining

9/10

Breakfast includes a buffet option with hot items. The restaurant offered dinner service. A bar is located on-site and it serves various beverages. I found the quality of ingredients high.

Rooms

8/10

Facilities

9/10

Lifts are available for easy access to floors. The hotel provides parking for a fee. The hotel has meeting rooms. A spa is located in the hotel. I saw a swimming pool.
