Our recent stay at the hotel was a mixed bag. While the pool and certain staff members were lovely, the overall unfriendly reception experience and lack of attentiveness during meals brought our spirits down. The rooms were spacious but definitely need some updates. Given the pricing, I expected more warmth and a better service experience.
